Overview of Our Research
Our laboratory is mainly exploring the development of health functional food materials that can prevent changes in physiological activity in the body induced by environmental or external factors.
Research Topics of interest
1. Developing the health functional food materials against atherosclerosis, particulate matter-mediated lung disease, and photoaging
2. Developing the health functional food materials that can prevent inflammatory-bowel-disease (IBD)
3. Developing the health functional food materials for hair re-growth
4. Developing the health functional food materials that can alleviate particulate matter-induced skin damages and atopic dermatitis (AD)
5. Developing the health functional food materials for immune enhancement
6. Development of standardization methods and analysis of ingredients of food materials
